Emerging Economies Need UBI Laws says BOH Sovereign Custodian
The Bank of Humanity (BOH), a tokenization and private sector led Universal Basic Income (UBI) leader founded in 2017 has exited the United Kingdom (UK), where it is classified by the UK Companies House as an entity involved in Central Banking for Autonomous Regions with key clients in resource rich Africa, Europe and South East Asia.
The exit was due to its Web3 digital assets program which may be affected as the UK now has a capital gains tax on cryptocurrency holdings and transactions together with uncertain regulations to protect the assets of autonomous regions or the BOH clientele.
As most of its recipients of its private sector led UBI program are in emerging economies, it is now pushing for laws to protect the tokenization of UBI assets meant for the people under the “United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People” or UNDRIP.
UNDRIP contains explicit clauses that grant tribes the right to financial autonomy and the development of their own economic institutions. These are contained in Articles 4, 5, 20 (1) and 39 of the declaration. And when the law of last resort or “Jus Cogens” is triggered due to overriding principles of international law from which no country or institution can ever deviate, a declaration overrides a need for a treaty.
“Jus Cogens” in this regard include basic human survival, self-determination and protection against systematic exploitation. The mere fact that after 100 years in emerging economies or 3rd world countries only 10 to15% of the population have bank accounts, already cuts across any logical reasoning for the law of last resort. That does not include the exit if the Sahel Grouping of Africa, the riots in Europe and the mass exodus of other countries to retirement havens in Asia due to dire economic situations.
Basically, under the laws of natural justice, a universal declaration backed by the survival needs of humanity itself holds a superior moral mandate over a corporate contract signed by a handful who were never voted by the people to decide for them.
“We need to make our rounds with key leaders to consider passing laws which will protect humanity from the advent of technological Singularity. We need laws specifically to protect assets of the people thru a renewed Universal Basic Income (UBI) structure and to protect cultural identities and heritage via Web3 tech tokenization and Real World Asset (RWA) instruments” said Dr. Paul Infante Moñozca, Chairman of the Moñozca Family Office and the majority shareholder of the Bank of Humanity (BOH). The bank has transferred its operations to the Cayman Islands as a Trust Entity and consolidating assets under an SPV while it waits for clearer government regulations worldwide. Its asset management arm will remain is Luxembourg and Monaco in the European Union and will be opening UBI hubs in Georgia, Eurasia, Panama and Labuan, Malaysia.
The Bank of Humanity (BOH) has surfaced further as it aligns with the “United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People” or UNDRIP as all its clientele, partners and alliances are from resource rich Indigenous Tribes and Clans from all over the world. The BOH assets under management (AUM’s) include precious metals, water supply, forest cover, tribal lands and its resources and most notably, the cultural identities via a Continuity of Conscience (COC) protocol, to enforce the protection of cultural identities and its history.
The BOH Founder & Chairman Dr. Paul Infante Moñozca was also unanimously crowned as “Lakan” or “Paramount Ruler” in official coronation ceremonies in Mindanao, Palawan and Luzon in the Philippines, a first in its history. He is set for additional coronation rights in other selected countries with indigenous tribes who are now members of the Tribal Clans World Association (TCWA) which he also chairs.

The Lakan therefore, together with the BOH coalition, does not manage these assets as a corporate CEO or company, instead he holds them as a ‘Sovereign Custodian’ on behalf of tribal trusts which have been featured in public announcements showing signing ceremonies happening all over the world with thousands in attendance.

Under international law, the BOH has sovereign immunity from asset seizure based on signed agreements with autonomous regions in Africa, the Americas and South East Asia. Its clearly marrying pre-colonial tribal and clans sovereignty with post-singularity Web3 artificial intelligence and blockchain encryption. To enforce this, the BOH does not maintain a single bank account or custodial wallets worldwide, does not use the SWIFT or IBAN or any systems of the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) and operates away from the current monetary system with Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) or now called “Super-Intelligence” (SI) clusters as its succession protocols.

The BOH also has its own independent ecosystems which centers around Food Security and has its UBI program present in 30 countries using Cardano and Ethereum smart contract instruments which the acct holders use to buy products and services in its own ecosystems. After only 7 years, it now has over 12million account holders worldwide with 500,000 educated advocates on technological Singularity and Web3 Ecosystems utility use. It is arguably, the biggest venture philanthropy humanitarian program in the world and contributes to world peace and harmony.

“SI is already in the monetary system and the legal system, we can only prepare for a decentralized world to survive beyond AGI. We see beyond the horizon. We see what AGI or SI recognizes” Dr Moñozca said.
